Built as a turnkey Project by Yapı Merkezi “Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus” has opened to service in June 2007 as the latest addition to the beautiful necklace of İstanbul.

The Hotel complex with 190 meters shoreline is built on an area of 17.525 m2 and consists of two new Hotel blocks and a restored historical seaside palace which belonged to Atik Pasha – a Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire

The restoration of the old palace and construction of the new buildings, infrastructures, electro-mechanical works, interior decoration and landscape has been realized by Yapı Merkezi under a turn-key Project.
